Cancellation policies We have established a detailed cancellation policy to ensure a hassle-free experience and provide flexibility. Reservations are non-transferable and the cancellation policy applies only to the reservation holder. Non-refundable rates Non-refundable rates CANNOT BE CANCELED OR MODIFIED in any way. Flexible rates Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival. Starting from day 30, if we don´t have any payment or deposit the reservation will be automatically canceled without the option to be reactivated. If the reservation is still needed, it will be necessary to quote and book again, considering the availability and rate at that time, and the full payment to confirm. Starting from day15, if we don´t have any payment or deposit the reservation will be automatically canceled without the option to be reactivated.
