Cancelation policies in Azul Villa Carola
Cancellation Policy for (A) weeks: Client shall give Lomas Travel prompt written notice of all canceled reservations. Cancellation charges are as follows:
-Cancellations submitted 120 days prior to arrival will be charged the equivalence of 1 night stay.
-Cancellations submitted 90 days prior to arrival will be charged the equivalence of 2 nights stay.
-Cancellations submitted 60 days prior to arrival will be charged full stay.
Cancellation Policy for (B) weeks: Client shall give Lomas Travel prompt written notice of all canceled reservations. Cancellation charges are as follows:
- Cancellations submitted 60 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of total
- Cancellations submitted 45 days prior to arrival will be charged 30% of total
Cancellation policy will apply accordingly.
No Shows for royal GI. In the event of a no show, guests who pre-purchased a Royal Gourmet Inclusive plan will pay the full amount of the package.
A $3,000 deposit must be issued at the time of booking. This deposit will be held and will only be processed after 15 days from the time of booking. Guests may cancel without penality within these 15
- Payment for (A) weeks: full payment must be issued 120 prior to arrival
- Payment for (B) weeks: Full payment must be issued 60 days prior to arrival.
