Designed to soothe the senses, the luxury of the facilities includes spa treatment rooms, separate gymnasium, spa shop, bridal suite, as well as spa services for children aged 4 to 12 years. Náay Spa incorporates elements of the Gourmet Inclusive® philosophy with its unique services and alternative therapies inspired by the Mexico of before. In addition to these spa treatments, Náay Spa offers more traditional experiences like scrubs, body wraps, and specialty treatments like facials, manicures, pedicures, and salon services.

Free cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival. For cancellations, no show, or any change made within 20 days of arrival, guests will be charged 100% of stay in the following travel dates:

13/04/2025 - 20/04/2025
24/12/2025 - 02/01/2026

Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival. For cancellations, no show, or any change made within 6 days of arrival, guests will be charged 100% of stay in the following travel dates:

01/04/2024 - 23/12/2024
03/01/2025 - 12/04/2025
21/04/2025 - 23/12/2025


Non-refundable rooms cannot be canceled or modified in any way.

Cancellations must be made in writing or through our online system.

Reservations are non-transferable, and the cancellation policy applies only to the reservation holder.
