The Dolphin Encounter takes place in our dolphin habitat, but doesn?t require swimming.
You will learn about dolphins while having lots of fun interacting with them in our gorgeous surroundings.
In addition, you will get to know the beautiful reef park of Garrafon, where you can practice snorkeling and have fun in the zip-line with panoramic view above the Caribean sea of Isla Mujeres.
With this package you will have the opportunity to enjoy the greatest facilities in Garrafon Natural Reef Park on its deluxe version and with the most comfortable privacy of the island.

The use of life jackets is mandatory in all programs.
Pregnant women can only do the meeting program, before 5 months of gestation.
Infants from 1 to 5 years old and Minors with a height of up to 1.20m / 47.24in must carry out the swimming experience accompanied by 1 paid adult.
Children from 6 to 12 years old with a height greater than 1.20m / 47.24 and a height less than 1.40m / 55.11in, can carry out the swimming experience accompanied by a paid adult.
Children 13 years and older with a height of 1.40m / 55.11in, must pay their ticket as an adult and can swim alone.
For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photographs will be available for sale.
Cancellation policies of Royal Garrafon & Dolphin Encounter
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
