Recommendations of Cenote, Turtle, & Beach Club
Bring: swimwear, beach towel, comfortable clothing and footwear, hat or cap, a change of clothes, sun protective clothing, biodegradable repellent, sunglasses, underwater camera and extra money.
Pick-up varies depending on the location of the hotel, we suggest you contact 24 hours before your tour, to reconfirm your schedule.
Regulations of Cenote, Turtle, & Beach Club
Minimum age to participate in tour: 8 years
Maximum age to participate in tour: 69 years
It is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
Guests must be relatively fit and able to swim without assistance.
For safety reasons, any snorkeling activity is not recommended for people with respiratory problems, heart problems, or conditions that may cause loss of consciousness.
Cancellation policies of Cenote, Turtle, & Beach Club
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
