The One is designed for those who enjoy exclusivity. Every minute and every activity of this interaction is dedicated to a single guest, with a dolphin and an animal care specialist focused on ensuring a unique experience, not only with fun activities but also with in-depth knowledge about this wonderful species and its environment.
In addition, you can take part in the Aquarium Trek, which involves walking underwater surrounded by fish at a depth of six meters (19.6 feet).

Recommendations: Bring a bathing suit, biodegradable sunscreen, change of clothes, extra money for photos, souvenirs, tips.
Regulations of The One Aquarium
Arrive 30 minutes before your activity.
There is no minimum age. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult during the swim (both participants must pay for the program).
Upon arrival, you must show: a reservation confirmation on your cell phone or printed, the debit/credit card used to make the purchase, and a photo ID for the reservation holder. If the reservation was paid for by someone else, also show the ID of the person who made the payment.
People not participating in the activity are allowed in designated areas. For safety reasons, the designated areas are separated from the wet areas.
For safety reasons and to avoid distractions to the dolphins, visitors, and caretakers, cameras, cell phones, or any audiovisual equipment are not allowed in the wet areas.
Cancelation policies of The One Aquarium
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
