Regulations of Isla Mujeres Pleasure
-Boarding Point: Playa Langosta Dock in Cancun. It is recommended to arrive at least 40 minutes before the departure time.
-Reservations: All services require prior reservation.
-Transportation Costs: All passengers must pay for maritime transportation.
-Weather Conditions: In case the Port Authority cancels any activity due to weather conditions, a proportional refund will be offered if rescheduling is not possible.
-Ground Transportation: If ground transportation is reserved, it is necessary to provide hotel details, lobby, and room number.
Cancellation policies of Isla Mujeres Pleasure
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
