Days of Operation: Monday to Sunday
Schedules: 8:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Marina Aquatours, Kukulcán Boulevard Km. 6.5, Cancun Hotel Zone, in front of Playa Tortugas.
What is Included Jungle Tour
Tour through the mangroves of Nichupté Lagoon.
1 guide per 5 boats.
Snorkel equipment (life jacket, fins, a new snorkel tube, mask).
One bottle of water at the end of the tour.
What is Not Included Jungle Tour
Dock tax: $20 USD for foreigners (ages 13 and older). Payment required at check-in.
Within the Hotel Zone: $5 USD per person (round trip).
Outside the Hotel Zone: $15 USD per person (round trip).
Photos: $25 USD.
Recommendations of Jungle Tour
Minimum age to drive the boat: 16 years old, accompanied by an adult.
Minimum age to participate: 5 years old.
Not suitable for people with back or heart problems.
Pregnant women cannot participate in this activity.

Regulations of Jungle Tour
-Minimum age to drive the boat: 16 years old (accompanied by an adult).
-Participants from 5 to 16 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
-Not permitted for people with back problems, heart problems or pregnant women.
-It is recommended that older adults be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Cancellation policies of Jungle Tour
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
