What is Included Jungle Tours Express

-1 guide for every 5 boats.

What is Not Included Jungle Tours Express
-Dock tax (mandatory payment at check-in).
-Ground transportation to and from the boarding point.
-Photographs of the experience (available for additional purchase).
Recommendations of Jungle Tours Express
-Minimum age to drive the boat: 16 years old, accompanied by an adult.
-Minimum age to participate: 5 years old.
-Not recommended for people with back problems, heart conditions, or pregnant women.

Maximum capacity per boat: 2 adults and 2 minors.
Cancellation policies of Jungle Tours Express
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
