Regulations of Madness Tour
Important information:
Check-in must be done at Señor Frogs Cancun before 9:45 PM. Drinks are domestic and may vary depending on the club. Premium brands and canned beverages are not included. This tour is exclusive to Cancun. Gratuities and transportation are not included in the package. Schedules and clubs may be modified to offer the best parties available. The meeting point is always at Frogs.
Cancellation policies of Madness Tour
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
