MAYAN CALENDAR
This is the first activity of the tour, a magical place where you can observe an enormous Mayan calendar. You will feel ecstatic listening to the guide's explanation of the calendar and its sacred solar cycles. You will participate in a celebration, directing your spirit to the four cardinal points, accompanied by our Mayan characters.
MAYAN TRAIL
Walk along our wonderful Mayan trail. You will participate alongside our Mayan warriors in different ceremonies and dances, cross hanging bridges, and learn a little more about this unique culture through replicas of Mayan stelae of temples and gods.
JUNGLE TOUR
You will drive your own boat through the fantastic landscapes and mangroves of the Nichupté Lagoon. Later, you will dive into the depths of the second largest reef in the world, the "Nizuc" point reef, and discover the wonders of the seabed, such as the variety of fish and reef types found in this area. Regulations of Mayan Jungle Tour
Weather Conditions: When weather conditions are unsafe for the reef activity, this will be compensated with additional time spent in the lagoon.
Children and Infants: The activity is safe for children 6 years and older and those 120 cm or taller. It is not recommended for children 1 to 5 years old or those under 120 cm tall.
Lockers: A deposit of $5 USD or $100 MXN is required to use the locker, which will be refunded upon return of the locker key.
Drivers: The minimum age to operate the speedboat is 18 years.
Safety: For your safety and well-being, we recommend that pregnant women and those with heart conditions, limited mobility, or back problems refrain from participating in the tour. Participants who cannot swim may participate at their own risk.
Prohibited Substances: Individuals under the influence of alcohol or any other illegal substance are prohibited.
Wave Runner offers transportation from 10 am to 4 pm, subject to availability.
Dock tax not included; payable directly at the Puerto Maya ticket office.

Cancelation policies of Mayan Jungle Tour
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
