Check-in must be made before 10:30 PM.
Regulations of Rakata
Reservations are honored until that time. After that, they are subject to availability.
Government-issued ID and the card used to reserve will be required upon entry.
The Locals-Residents package is valid only with government-issued ID issued in Cancun. Otherwise, a $100 USD per person entry fee will apply.
The "Locals and Residents Package" is only valid upon presentation of government-issued ID. Failure to present one will result in a $100 USD admission fee.
UNLIMITED DRINKS
This drink package is exclusive to the bar area and cannot be combined with table reservations or the Exclusive Pass area. Drinks are personal and non-transferable. Sharing or not following the rules may result in expulsion from the venue. Enjoy your drinks only in authorized areas
Cancellation policies of Rakata
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
