Xoximilco offers a cultural and festive experience in the Mayan jungle through a nighttime ride on colorful trajineras (gondola-like boats). During the journey, visitors can enjoy a traditional menu, unlimited drinks from the bar, mariachi music, and the lively atmosphere of an authentic Mexican party in a watery setting.
NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER
We cordially invite you to join us on December 31, 2025. Our guests will be welcomed starting at 7:30 p.m., and boarding will begin at 8:30 p.m.
To make this evening even more memorable, we have prepared an exquisite menu, which is detailed below:
Appetizer
- Christmas Salad with red wine, olive oil, beets, lettuce, walnuts, peanuts, figs, and goat cheese.
Second Course:
- Asparagus soup served in a bread bowl.
Main Course:
- Seafood and Beef: Beef tenderloin with plum sauce and spiced lobster. Served with mashed potatoes, wrapped huitlacoche (corn fungus), baby corn, and caramelized onions. Includes a selection of bread.
Dessert:
- Chocolate cake with cocoa cream and red berry jelly.
Beverages:
- Black coffee or Mexican-style coffee.
- Sparkling wine and lucky grapes.
Special Options:
- Vegan Seafood and Beef: Portobello mushroom medallion with a shrimp-flavored seitan (wheat protein) praline.
- Children's Menu: Cemita sandwich.
- Gluten-Free/Dairy-Free Option: Chicken breast.

Recommendations of Xoximilco
-Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.

-It is recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance.
Regulations of Xoximilco
-You must remain seated throughout the journey and without removing your hands from the trajinera
-Minimum age to participate: 5 years
-Maximum capacity per trajinera: 20 people
-Age range for children's rate: from 5 to 11 years old, the visitor must present an identification with the child's photograph
-Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
For the New Year's Eve dinner, please note the following:
- Time: Starting at 7:30 pm, with boarding for the first group at 8:30 pm.
- Menu includes: Appetizers, a three-course meal, and dessert.
- The approximate boarding time for the canal boats will be around 8:30 pm, and there will be only one tour.
- This offer is valid exclusively on December 31, 2025.
- Cancellations: Free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
- No-show: 100% charge.
- Not applicable with packages that include other activities.
- Boarding for the canal boats will take place only at 8:30 pm.
- Child rate: Children aged 5 to 11 with official ID
Cancellation policies of Xoximilco
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
