Regulations of Cozumel Luxury Sailing & Snorkeling
Minimum age for water activities: 8 years old.
Not recommended for guest with limited mobility.
Snorkeling is not recommended for guests with respiratory and/or heart conditions or conditions that can cause loss of consciousness.
Cancellation policies of Cozumel Luxury Sailing & Snorkeling
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
