Recommendations of Cozumel Manatee Encounter
What to bring:
Swimsuit, towel, hat or cap, sunglasses, and extra money for photo purchases, souvenirs, and other expenses.

Regulations of Cozumel Manatee Encounter
- Women less than 5 months pregnant may only participate in the Dolphin Encounter when accompanied by a paying adult, after signing the liability waiver.
- Children between 1.20 and 1.39 meters tall must be accompanied by an adult for dolphin interactions.
- Children 1.40 meters and taller may participate in dolphin interactions on their own.
- Children 1 to 5 years old are free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children are considered to be 6 to 12 years old. Adults are 13 years and older.
- For the Sea Lion Discovery interaction, the minimum height is 1.40 meters, and pregnant women are not permitted.
- The use of sunscreen and tanning lotion is not permitted.
- Swimming with any type of jewelry or accessories that can be easily detached is not permitted. - No electronic devices are permitted.
- In accordance with Article 60 of the Quintana Roo Tax Law, the state tax ISEPAAA of MX$50 per person (ages 6 and up) must be paid upon registration for those participating in activities with aquatic animals.
- We recommend bringing cash to purchase photos and souvenirs, as well as an extra change of clothes.
- Guests with a history of heart problems, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, use of heart medication, or any other significant medical condition should not participate.
- Guests are advised to consider their fitness level and medical history when determining if this activity is suitable for them. Those with concerns should consult their physician before participating in any potentially strenuous activity.
- All services require advance reservations.
Cancelation policies of Cozumel Manatee Encounter
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
