This excursion is not available for people in wheelchairs.
This excursion requires extreme physical effort.
Pregnant women and people with conditions of: asthma, heart disease, diabetes, seizures, respiratory diseases, blood pressure diseases, back / neck injuries or people using antidepressant medications, the participation of people taking medication is not allowed. lithium base, beta-blockers or base constrictors (veins).
All participants must sign a waiver of responsibilities.
The minimum age to participate in the snorkeling activity is 8 years old.
The maximum weight of a person to participate in the snorkeling activity is 260 pounds / 120 kg.
All participants must be competent swimmers, self-sufficient and in good health.
Participants must be able to descend and ascend boat ladders to/from the ocean snorkeling activity and snorkel over the reefs with current for up to 50 minutes.
The use of LIFE VEST is MANDATORY in the snorkeling activity. There will be no exceptions.
All participants must follow the instructions of the Captain and/or the crew.
Participants must comply with the rules of use of the Parque Nacional Marino Arrecifes de Cozumel.
Underage participants must be accompanied, directly supervised and cared for by a responsible chaperone, parent(s) or legal guardian at all times.
Alcoholic beverages will be served only AFTER the snorkeling activity on the Beach.
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied, directly supervised and cared for by a responsible adult chaperone, parent or legal guardian at all times.
The minimum legal drinking age in Mexico is 18 years. Minors will not be served alcohol, even with parental consent.
Playa Mia may require, at its discretion, a valid photo ID as proof of age for the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Playa Mia reserves the right to deny alcohol service to minors and those who appear intoxicated or behave unacceptably at their discretion.

Cancelation policies of Cozumel Snorkel Tour: Coral Reefs, El Cielo & Beach Break

Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.

      2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.

      3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.



No refunds will apply:
      1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
