After class, accompany your culinary creation with your favorite drink at Playa Mia Grand Beach Park, the most popular spot in Cozumel with more than 20 attractions ranging from relaxing sun loungers to intrepid toys in the sea; there is something for all tastes and ages. At Playa Mia, the fun never ends!
Our staff awaits you outside the pier at the meeting point* to take you to the transportation that will take you to ''Playa Mia'' less than 15 km away. Meet the Master Chef there who will take you by the hand in the art of preparing a very Mexican three-course menu**. Accompany your masterpiece with a delicious drink and the excellent view of the sea from the private dining room, all just like that, without wanting to want!
After class, explore the park and participate in any of the many services and amenities for your enjoyment: Relax on the sand, dip in the pools. Slide 60 meters at full speed in the spiral of the twin slides; Challenge the challenges of the immense Floating Park, unique on the island. Dare to navigate in a pedal boat, on water bikes; Finally, pamper yourself and have fun with any of the included games, toys and amenities.
Your excursion package includes the entrance to the Park, National Open Bar, 3-course Mexican Menu (made by you) and the use of multiple attractions, services, amenities and comforts such as beach loungers, shopping area, underwater Mayan Replicas, organized games, non-motorized beach toys and much more.

IMPORTANT: Playa Mia is committed to protecting the ocean environment and Cozumel?s vast coral reefs; therefore, the use of any type of sunscreen, sunblock, or suntan lotion which could eventually make its way into the ocean is no longer allowed. All guests must shower BEFORE entering either the ocean or Playa Mia?s pools. We suggest the use of long-sleeved UV-filtering shirts, hats, and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun. Coral, fish and all other sea creatures thank you for your cooperation!
Regulations of Mexican Cuisine Workshop & Tasting
Minimum 14 years / Maximum 70 years.
The minimum age to consume alcoholic beverages is 18 years.
Guests must wear a face mask in common areas, when around other guests and when interacting with staff, in accordance with the security guidelines established by the local government.
The staff will provide each client with antibacterial gel (at least 70% alcohol) upon arrival at the park.
Participants must comply with all instructions given by staff.
Participants must comply with the specific rules of each individual activity within the beach.
Participants must comply with the rules of use of the Arrecifes de Cozumel National Marine Park during their stay on the beach.
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied, directly supervised and cared for by a responsible adult chaperone, parent(s) or legal guardian at all times.
The minimum legal drinking age in Mexico is 18 years. Minors will not be served alcohol, even with parental consent.
Playa Mia may require, at its discretion, a valid photo ID as proof of age for the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Playa Mia reserves the right to deny alcohol service to minors and those who appear intoxicated or behave unacceptably at its discretion.
The use of the Twin Giant slides is not allowed for people who do not know how to swim, acrophobic, alcoholic or under the influence of any narcotic substance, impaired by any medication or in medical conditions such as pregnancy, lactation, heart disease, muscle / joint injuries back/neck, recent surgeries, muscular/motor limitations or with different physical abilities and for people who suffer from panic attacks and/or anxiety.
Cancelation policies of Mexican Cuisine Workshop & Tasting
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
