Chocolate Tasting
Tasting experience of 4 El Cielo wine labels guided by a Certified Sommelier within the Fermentation Tanks and Barrels area.
-Cassiopea White Wine, Sauvignon Blanc
-Galileo Red Wine, Tempranillo
-Centaurus Red Wine, Malbec.
-Orión Red Wine, a blend of Tempranillo, Grenache and Merlot.
Pairing with 4 chocolate truffles specially made for El Cielo.

Constellations Tour and Tasting
Tour experience through our Underground Cellar where a Certified Sommelier accompanies visitors through the areas of Fermentation Tanks, Barrels and finally in the Underground Cellar where 5 labels of El Cielo are tasted:
-White Wine G&G by Ginasommelier Sauvignon Blanc,
-White Wine Capricornius, Chardonnay,
-Red Wine Orion, blend of Tempranillo, Grenache and Merlot.
-Red Wine Perseus, blend of Nebbiolo and Sangiovese
-Red Wine Centaurus, Malbec.

Star Tour and Tasting
Tour experience through our Underground Cellar where a Certified Sommelier accompanies visitors through the areas of Fermentation Tanks, Barrels and finally in the Underground Cellar where the 5 top labels of El Cielo are tasted:

-White Wine Capricornius, Chardonnay,
-Red Wine Procyon, Syrah.
-Red Wine Polaris, blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec.

Regulations of Cava Tasting
Minors are not allowed in the Cellar, so they will not be able to enter even if they are accompanied by an adult. Includes one glass of wine per person; no food & beverages are allowed during the tour; the area is 100% smoke-free; climbing on barrels is prohibited, as well as walking in the area between barrels; being in unauthorized areas by the guide is forbidden; minors cannot enter the tasting area.
Cancellation policies of Cava Tasting
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
