Swimming with whale sharks is not guaranteed; it depends on maritime authority authorization
Not recommended for infants
Not recommended for guests without swimming skills

Cancellation policies of Whale Shark
No-sighting guarantee: 100% refund or free rescheduling applies only when no whale sharks are found in the entire search area, as confirmed by the captain and guide. It does not apply if the guest does not see them due to motion sickness, distraction or not joining the swim. Marine tax and equipment rental are non-refundable.
The service refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the customer has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the supplier/provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is submitted and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service date.
When the cancellation or date change is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, whether full or partial, will be granted under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the customer fails to appear on the scheduled service date and time, no refund will apply, including cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if medical documentation is provided.
