Tour - Dolphin Royal Swim VIP (Dolphin Discovery Isla Mujeres)

Enjoy a day full of land and water adventures. You will participate in different activities with dolphins; they will greet you, kiss you and take you for a ride at full speed by gently pushing your feet. At the beach club, you can swim in a refreshing pool, relax on comfortable sunlounges, and enjoy a delicious buffet meal and the open bar service.

-Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
-The ferry departs at 9:00 am (you must arrive 30 minutes earlier)
-Instructions (10 min)
-Activities with dolphins (60 min)
-Dolphin activities (free time with the dolphins, dorsal tow, handshake, foot push and kiss)

-At the beach club (lockers, showers, pool, lounge chairs)
-Roundtrip ferry transportation
-Ground transportation from certain hotels in Playa Mujeres and Puerto Juárez
-Access to the VIP facilities

-Minimum age to participate: 1
-Minors aged 1 to 5 pay no fee; they will participate in activities suitable for their height and weight.
-Minors aged 6 to 12 pay the child rate
-Maximum number of people per tour: 10
-Minors aged 1 to 7, a/o with a 4 ft. height or below may participate in these activities only accompanied by two paying adults; children over the age of 8, a/o taller than 4.5 ft. may participate in the activities accompanied by one adult..
-Infants under the age of 7 will perform the Dolphin Encounter activities in addition to the Royal Swim Program. In case that only one child within this age range and with a 4 ft. or below height, he/she will perform the activity with the accompanying adult.
-Maximum number of participants: 10
-If you are physically or otherwise challenged, you must indicate it before buying your program
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
