The experience lasts 1 hour total (15 minutes of briefing + 45 minutes of guided ride). Our expert guides will provide full safety instructions and proper handling of the species.

Regulations of Camel Caravan Expedition
Minimum age: 8 years, accompanied by an adult; each guest must ride their own camel.
Child rate = adult rate.
Maximum weight: 100 kg / 220 lbs per person.
Mandatory helmet use throughout the activity.
Not suitable for guests with limited mobility, back problems, recent surgery, pregnancy, wheelchair or crutch use.
Participation is not allowed under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Activity subject to weather conditions and availability.
Operates Friday to Wednesday (does not operate on Thursdays).
Cancellation policies of Camel Caravan Expedition
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
