Description of Discover Scuba Diving
A beginner-friendly program designed for guests without scuba certification. No advanced swimming skills required. Includes a theory class, shallow-water practice (approx. 2.5 m) and one tank dive. Bottled purified water is provided at the end.

Regulations of Discover Scuba Diving
One dive up to 45 minutes
8 dive sites available, depths up to 40 ft / 12 m
Certified instructors
Activity for non-certified divers
Minimum age: 10 years
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Mandatory Dock Fee: 15 USD (cash or card)
Medical clearance required in some cases
Not suitable for guests with:
Back or mobility issues
Heart, respiratory or chronic illnesses
Diabetes or hypertension
Ear problems or colds
Pregnancy
Claustrophobia
Not allowed under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Open sale activity
Private service requires minimum 10 paid participants
No refunds if guest chooses not to complete the activity
Cancellation policies of Discover Scuba Diving
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
