Rio Secreto is a journey through a glass museum, whose formations relate the geological history of the earth; Without a doubt, a life-transforming experience.
It is the longest semi-flooded cave in the Yucatán Peninsula.
100 hectares of nature reserve, of which only 10% is used for tourism.
We operate in small groups, ensuring visitor safety.

Regulations of Rio Secreto
-Minimum age to participate: 4
-Minors aged 4 to 11 pay child rate
-Photo and video cameras are not allowed inside the cave system
-Use of chemicals products before the activity (insect repellents, sunblock, make up, etc.) is not allowed
-Maximum weight to participate: 250 lb

Cancellation policies of Rio Secreto
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
