Rio Secreto is a journey through a glass museum, whose formations relate the geological history of the earth; Without a doubt, a life-transforming experience.
It is the longest semi-flooded cave in the Yucatán Peninsula.
100 hectares of nature reserve, of which only 10% is used for tourism.
We operate in small groups, ensuring visitor safety.

-Without transportation: Monday to Sunday. Hours: 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00.
-With transportation from Riviera Maya (Tulum, North and South ZH, B. Petempich): From Monday to Sunday. Hours: 9:00, 13:00.
-With transportation from Playa del Carmen (H. Paradisus, Centro, Playacar, H. Flamenco, Xcaret): From Monday to Sunday. Hours: 9:00, 11:00, 13:00.
-With transportation from Cancun Downtown and Hotel Zone: Monday to Sunday. Hours: 11:00, 13:00

Access to the Nature Reserve, Groups max. 12 people, specialized guide, lockers, wetsuit, life jacket, helmet with lamp, towels, food and drinks.

Regulations of Rio Secreto
-Minimum age to participate: 4
-Minors aged 4 to 12 pay child rate
-Photo and video cameras are not allowed inside the cave system
-Use of chemicals products before the activity (insect repellents, sunblock, make up, etc.) is not allowed
-Maximum weight to participate: 250 lb

Cancelation policies of Rio Secreto
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
