Regulations of Cave
For your safety, always follow the guide's instructions.
Do not bring food or drinks.
Strollers are not allowed.
Wearing a helmet is mandatory and must not be removed at any time.
Do not touch the formations (stalactites and stalagmites).
Stay on designated paths.
Cameras and cell phones are allowed.
Video cameras (recording) are not permitted.
Children under 12 years must always be accompanied by an adult.
The activity is not allowed for individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Cancellation policies of Cave
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
