We invite you to enjoy a day full of energy and connection with nature. You will get to know two types of cenotes in just one day. You will go into the jungle to visit a semi-subterranean cenote and an open cenote with crystal-clear, pure water.
On our Cenotes Express tour, you will live a unique experience. You will have the opportunity to get to know the domains of the underworld inside two closed, cave-like cenotes. You will be able to appreciate stalactites and stalagmites as you enter the territory of Xibalba, the underworld deity of the ancient Mayans.
You will also be able to swim in two open cenotes; these are bodies of water considered sacred by the Mayans. You will feel a connection with nature when you cool off in one of these natural pools and you will be filled with energy.
On our Cenotes Express tour, our visitors and friends will always be accompanied by our professional guides who will provide them with all the information and safety measures that they must follow so that they live the best experience of their lives.

-The pick up varies depending on the location of the hotel, we suggest you communicate 24 hours before your tour to reconfirm your schedule.
Cancellation policies of Cenote Express
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
