Regulations of Coba Cenote
-This tour is not recommended for people in wheelchairs or with recent surgeries, severe heart problems, pregnant women (not older than 8 months with responsive signature)
-Permission to use video recording devices in the archaeological zone must be paid directly at the box office. Devices include cell phones, tablets, or cameras
-You can rent a pedicab that has an average cost of $50 pesos per bicycle and $150 pesos per pedicab.
Cancelation policies of Coba Cenote
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
