General information of Couples
What is Included Couples
Includes 15 minutes briefing, 45 minutes in the water, Towels, Lockers.
What is Not Included Couples
Not Included: Food and drinks, transportation, Photo and/or Video of the interaction (They can be purchased in store).
Recommendations of Couples
Recommendations: Bring a bathing suit, biodegradable sunscreen, change of clothes, extra money for photos, souvenirs, tips.
Regulations of Couples
Important: You will not be able to introduce personal cameras to the areas of the swim with dolphins program, Minimum height required: 1 meter, children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult (both pay a ticket), you will not be allowed to wear any jewelry.
Cancelation policies of Couples
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
