Enjoy the unforgettable experience of playing with a lovely dolphin, live the dream of kissing and hugging it. Participants of this program will live an incredible experience as they will kayak with dolphins and interact with manatees in our Oasis habitat.
Specialists in marine mammals will teach you the anatomy of these incredible beings. Learn while having fun!

Days of Operation: Tuesday to Sunday
Schedules: 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Maximum Capacity per schedule: 15 persons
All services require prior reservation.
In Dolphin Discovery Puerto Aventuras location, groups have a maximum of 15 people.

What is Included Dolphin Encounter Fase Oasis (Puerto Aventuras)

Encounter Program:
10 minutes of briefing
40 minutes in the water
Interaction with one dolphin
Kayak with dolphins.
Interact with manatees .
Behavior: Kiss, hug, handshake and hand target.

Lunch Buffet + two non-alcoholic beverages during meal. (This service is not available for the 3:00 p.m. schedule).

Bring:
Swimsuit, towel, biodegradable sunscreen, hat or cap, sunglasses and extra money to buy photos, souvenirs and extra expenses.

Regulations of Dolphin Encounter Fase Oasis (Puerto Aventuras)

The use of a life jacket is required in all water programs.
For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not allowed. Professional photos will be available for sale.
Kids must swim with a paying adult.
Children up to 1 mt (39.37 In) of height are considered infants and will carry out activities accompanied by a paid adult.
Children from 1.01 to 1.40 mts (39.76 a 55.11 In) are considered minors and will carry out activities according to their complexion and height.
Children from 1.41 (55.51 In) mts pay adult rate.
Adult rate will be applied to children from 13 years of age.
Infants and minors up to 1.20 mts. (47.24 In) tall participate accompanied by an adult. (It is a requirement that the life jacket be adjusted).
Minors from 1.21 mts. (47.63 In) tall and up to 1.40 mts. (55.11 In), they may participate accompanied by a one or two adults depending on the chosen program.
Minors from 1.41 mts. (55.51 In) tall, they can participate alone in any program paying adult rate.
Pregnant Women are allowed to participate in our DOLPHIN ENCOUNTER program up to five months of pregnancy, only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form. For safety reasons, pregnant women (5 months and up) can?t participate in any of our aquatic programs.

Cancelation policies of Dolphin Encounter Fase Oasis (Puerto Aventuras)

Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.

      2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.

      3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.

No refunds will apply:
      1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
