Regulations of Interax Aquarium
Important: You will not be able to introduce personal cameras to the areas of the swim with dolphins program, Minimum height required: 1 meter, children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult (both pay a ticket), you will not be allowed to wear any jewelry.
Cancellation policies of Interax Aquarium
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
