Regulations of Tulum Adventure
-Children under 5 years old can participate in the activities accompanied by an adult.
-Basic swimming skills are required.
-Prescription masks available (upon request).
-Not recommended for people with physical, motor, or heart problems, or pregnant women.
-Participation of persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted.
-Tulum archaeological services cost USD 20 for adults. Children under 11 do not require a ticket or wristband to enter as long as they can prove their age. Official identification may be requested at the entrance to validate their age. If they do not have one, they must cover the cost of the ticket and wristband.
Promotion in case of:
Reservation of 3 adults: The promotional rate will apply to 2 adults, and the third adult will pay the regular rate.
Reservation of 2 adults + 1 child: Adults apply the promotional rate, and the child will pay the regular rate.
Cancellation policies of Tulum Adventure
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
