For your safety, always pay attention to the guide's instructions.
The activity is not permitted for individuals under the influence of alcohol or any drugs.
Rinse off in the showers before entering the cenote.
Wearing a life jacket is mandatory.
Do not bring food or drinks into the cenote.
The use of fins is not allowed.
No shouting, running, or jumping.
No diving.
We are not responsible for items not secured in the lockers.
Cancellation policies of Underground River
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
