Embark on an unforgettable adventure through the impressive underwater world of the Riviera Maya. We'll take you to one of the most spectacular bays in the Mexican Caribbean, where you'll equip yourself with a life jacket, snorkel, and mask and dive into crystal-clear waters to explore the second largest coral reef in the world.
Swim alongside majestic sea turtles in their natural habitat and experience the excitement of marine life up close.
Then, we'll visit an exclusive cenote, a sacred site revered by the ancient Mayan civilization. Dive into its cool waters and explore a hidden underground cave, where you'll see incredible stalactite and stalagmite formations.

Cancellation policies of Underwater World
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
