Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Minimum age: All ages.
Children: 25% discount on the adult price for children ages 5 to 11.

Snorkeling equipment rental is $10.99 USD (requires a refundable $25 USD deposit).
Transportation from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Riviera Maya is included only if added at the time of purchase. You must confirm the departure time and location.
Reservations canceled more than two days prior to the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 2 to 0 days prior to the original arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, are non-refundable. Any changes to the visit date may be subject to changes in the rate.
Date changes are not permitted on the day of your visit.

Cancellation policies of Xcaret Two Days Full Day
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
