Xcaret: Monday to Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Xplor: Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Xcaret:

Regulations of Xcaret + Xplor
The package applies to the same visitor on an individual, personal and non-transferable basis, having 15 days from your first visit to take the remaining tours (one per day).
Tickets, activities or tours included in your purchase are not exchangeable for other tickets, activities or tours.
Cancelation policies of Xcaret + Xplor
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
