Xel-Ha from Monday to Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Xplor from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Xel-Ha:
Unlimited snorkeling in the cove with the use of fins and snorkel mask with integrated tube.
Rim ride along the river.
El Faro Mirador with 360° views at 40 m high and slide down.
Continental breakfast from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Snacks and buffet lunch from 11:30 a.m. at 5:30 pm.

In order not to affect the natural balance of the ecosystem, the use of sunscreens and sunscreens that contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide is only allowed in the parks. We invite you to join the program for the use of biodegradable and chemical-free products!

Regulations of Xel-Ha + Xplor
The package applies to the same visitor on an individual, personal and non-transferable basis, having 15 days from your first visit to take the remaining tours (one per day).
Tickets, activities or tours included in your purchase are not exchangeable for other tickets, activities or tours.
The activities in the Xplor park are recommended for children over 5 years of age (they must be accompanied by an adult at all times). NOTE: for some activities, a minimum height of 1.10 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg are required.
For your visit wear a bathing suit, water shoes and comfortable clothes.
Bring an extra change of clothes and a towel.
Wear a hat or cap and sunglasses.
If the tour is with transportation, confirm the time and place of departure.
Your sunscreens, repellents, and sunscreens should only contain Titanium Oxide and Zinc Oxide for use in the Park.
Bring cash or card to carry out an Optional Activity in Xel-Há, buy your photos or buy souvenirs.
Cancelation policies of Xel-Ha + Xplor
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
