-Biodegradable sunscreen and insect repellent only
-Swimming suit and towels

Regulations of Xenotes
-The use of lifejacket is mandatory
-This tour is not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart, spine, or respiratory problems, asthma, diabetes, or hypertension
-Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
-Minors aged 6 to 11 pay the child rate
-Make-up, or any other cosmetic product that may affect the sinkhole´s ecosystem
-Feeding and petting the local fauna is not allowed
-Before swimming in the sinkholes people must bathe
-Minimum age to participate: 6
-Minimum height and weight for the zip-line activity: 4.5 ft / 88 lb
-Visitor must present photo ID of child
Cancellation policies of Xenotes
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
