Description of Xplor Tour
Start your adventure driving 3 miles in an amphibious vehicle, on land and underground, and continue with two 546-yard water circuits. Then fly over the jungle through 11 zip lines, the largest in Latin America! And finish swimming 437 yards in ancestral caves.

Regulations of Xplor Tour
-Minimum age to participate: 6
-Minors aged 6 to 11 pay the child rate (age must be proved by presenting identification upon boarding the transportation, or at the park's ticket office. If no identification is shown, child rate will apply only to minors with a height between 3 ft and 4 ft 6 in.)
-Some activities are not suitable for pregnant women or people with heart conditions, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension or claustrophobia
-Rates depend on the season.
-Zip-line activity:
* Minimum height: 3.6 pies
* Minimum weight: 88 lb
* Maximum weight: 300 lb
Cancellation policies of Xplor Tour
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
