Tulum is an old trading port protected by walls and a coral reef that prevented pirates from accessing it. Enjoy the archaeological zone of Tulum during the guided tour and your free time to take photos, later we will take you swimming and cool off in a cenote, once you feel like eating, we will enjoy à la carte food, in this same restaurant we will have a real tequila tasting and we conclude with a tour of the fifth avenue of Playa del Carmen.

Days of Operation: Monday to Friday
7:00 to 8:20 am: Pickup at the hotel with air-conditioned transportation
For operational reasons, a 5-minute grace period is only allowed for each pickup, in order to provide better service.

Transfer times are not included in "duration";
- times and duration may vary due to weather conditions and unforeseen events.
- We suggest using a wide-wheeled wheelchair to navigate the archaeological site.
- Wheelchair passengers must be able to move independently or be accompanied by someone who can take care of them.
Not recommended for wheelchair passengers.
Cancellation policies of Tulum 5X1
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
