We'll conclude our expedition with a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters of a cenote, a natural formation sacred to the Mayans and still highly valued by local communities.

TAX IN OTHER CURRENCIES: $20 USD = $400 MXN or 20 EUR
(We do not accept credit/debit card payments for taxes at the time of boarding; all tax payments must be made in cash.)
GENERAL AGE RANGES: Infants 0-3 years (free) / Child rate: 4-11 years / Adult rate: 12 years and older.
On Sundays they pay another $12 USD tax.
Cancellation policies of Tulum & Village
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
