What is Not Included Tulum & Village
Photos; souvenirs; archaeological tax of USD 20 according to current agreement/addendum.
Recommendations of Tulum & Village
Hat and sunglasses; swimsuit; dry change of clothes; sun/water protection shirt; towel; extra cash for photos, souvenirs and taxes.
Regulations of Tulum & Village
Not recommended for infants or guests with heart/back problems. Pregnant guests and anyone under the influence of alcohol/drugs are not allowed.
Cancellation policies of Tulum & Village
The service refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the customer has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the supplier/provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is submitted and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service date.
When the cancellation or date change is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, whether full or partial, will be granted under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the customer fails to appear on the scheduled service date and time, no refund will apply, including cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if medical documentation is provided.
