From Puerto Morelos and Riviera Maya: Monday to Sunday.
Itinerary:
6:00-7:30 a.m. (1:30 hours) Pick-up at Riviera Maya or Cancun hotels.
9:30-10:00 a.m. Arrival at Chichen Itza (approximately time).
Chichen Itza (Approx. Duration: 2:15 hours) Archaeological area. Guided tour.
2:00 p.m. Arrival at Cenote Maya (approximately time).

Bring:
Comfortable closed shoes that support the heel and preferably cover the toes (we suggest sports shoes), a bathing suit, light clothing, rash-guard shirt, towel, set of dry clothes, refillable bottle and cash or credit card to purchase handicrafts, photographs, tips and additional expenses.
The use of sunscreen and/or insect repellent is not allowed, even if it is those identified as biodegradable.

Minors aged 6 to 12 pay the child rate
This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, or persons with heart conditions, motor issues, back or neck problems or recent surgeries.
Persons under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances are prohibited from participating.
To use electronic video devices (cell phones, tablets, or digital cameras) in the archaeological site, you must purchase a permit at the ticket office.
For security reasons, photo or video devices, and selfie sticks are not permitted during adventure activities, except for action cameras with chest harness or head strap mount.
Cancelation policies of Chichen Itza Native Park Yucatan
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
