A wheelchair with wide tires is recommended for easier movement within the archaeological zone.
Wheelchair users must be able to move independently or be accompanied by an assistant.
Infants aged 0-3 years travel on their parents' laps. If a seat for the infant is desired, it can be reserved for a fee of USD 45.
The itinerary may begin at the cenote and end at the archaeological zone, depending on the number of reservations that day.
The cost of a life jacket is MXN 65.00.

Climbing the main pyramid is not permitted. Please consult your guide for rules within the archaeological site. Backpacks are not permitted inside the site. Tour is not recommended for passengers in wheelchairs or with walking difficulties.
