The transfer is in transportation equipped with A / C. The visit to Chichén Itzá includes a two and a half hour guided tour. Finishing the tour in Chichén Itzá we go to the restaurant for the buffet lunch, where we show you part of the Mayan architecture in the Casita built by them, you can also participate in the experience of making the Mayan style toritillas; In the restaurant we take a walk through the botanical garden where we explain the properties of each fruit or plant that we exhibit. Tour times and duration may vary depending on weather conditions or unforeseen events.
A wheelchair with wide tires is recommended for easier movement within the archaeological zone.
Wheelchair users must be able to move independently or be accompanied by an assistant.
Infants aged 0-3 years travel on their parents' laps. If a seat for the infant is desired, it can be reserved for a fee of USD 45.
The itinerary may begin at the cenote and end at the archaeological zone, depending on the number of reservations that day.
The cost of a life jacket is MXN 65.00.
Climbing the main pyramid is not permitted. Please consult your guide for rules within the archaeological site. Backpacks are not permitted inside the site. Tour is not recommended for passengers in wheelchairs or with walking difficulties.
Cancelation policies of Chichen Itzá Regular
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
