Chichén Itzá is a magical place with a lot of history and interesting facts to discover during the guided tour and it has great architectural beauties to explore. The transfer is in transportation equipped with A / C. The visit to Chichén Itzá includes a two and a half hour guided tour. A wheelchair with wide tires is recommended for easier movement within the archaeological zone.
Wheelchair users must be able to move independently or be accompanied by an assistant.
Infants aged 0-3 years travel on their parents' laps; if a separate seat is desired, it can be reserved for a fee of USD 45.
The itinerary may begin at the cenote and end at the archaeological zone, depending on the number of reservations that day.
The cost of a life jacket is MXN 65.
Climbing the main pyramid is not permitted. Please consult your guide for the rules within the archaeological zone.
Backpacks are not allowed inside the archaeological site. This tour is not highly recommended for passengers in wheelchairs or with walking difficulties.

Cancellation policies of Chichen Light and Sound (Private)

A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.

NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
