Non-refundable rates
Non-refundable rates CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED in any
way.
Flexible rates
Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival. From the 30th day onwards, if we have not received payment or
a deposit, the reservation will be automatically canceled without the option of reactivation. If the
reservation is still needed, it will be necessary to quote and reserve again, considering the availability and rate at
that time, and full payment to confirm.
Cancellation 0 to 30 days before arrival, No Show, or any change to the reservation will incur
a penalty of 100% of the stay.
Free cancellation up to 16 days before arrival. From the 15th day onwards, if we have not received payment or
a deposit, the reservation will be canceled.
