Experience luxury with La Herencia Suites? butler service and access to a private roof garden. Members and guests can tour mangrove forests, swim, snorkel, swim or kayak along winding rivers, or simply unwind on the resort?s tranquil beaches.
Unlimited food and beverages, in minibar stocked daily, non-motorized water sports, activities program, theme evenings and tips. All taxes and fees are included in your room rate except the Environmental Sanitation Tax ($33 Mexican pesos per room per night) and the Resort Fee ($10 USD, according to the exchange rate at the time per room per night) that will be collected in its entirety at the Front Desk.

Cancellation policies
We have established a detailed cancellation policy to ensure a hassle-free experience and provide
flexibility. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions related to the cancellation of your
reservation:
Cancellations must be made in writing or through our online system.
Reservations are non-transferable and the cancellation policy applies only to the reservation holder.
In exceptional situations, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, please contact our team to
explore alternative solutions.
Non-refundable rates
Non-refundable rates CANNOT BE CANCELED OR MODIFIED in any way.
Flexible rates
Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival. Starting from day 30, if we don´t have any payment
or deposit the reservation will be automatically canceled without the option to be reactivated. If the
reservation is still needed, it will be necessary to quote and book again, considering the availability
and rate at that time, and the full payment to confirm.
Cancellation from 0 to 30 days prior to arrival, No Show or any modification, will apply a penalty for
100% of stay.
Free cancellation up to 16 days before arrival. Starting from day15, if we don´t have any payment or
deposit the reservation will be automatically canceled without the option to be reactivated. If the
reservation is still needed, it will be necessary to quote and book again, considering the availability
and rate at that time, as well as the full payment to confirm.
Cancellation from 0 to 15 days prior to arrival, No Show or any modification, will apply a penalty for
50% of stay.
