Bring: Underwater camera, towel, sunglasses, hat/cap, wear bathing suit under clothing, comfortable footwear, a change of clothes, money for incidentals.

Regulations of Cozumel Sea Safari
Minimum age: 8 years old.
Maximum Age: 69 years
Guests wishing to participate in water sports activities must be physically fit and must do so at their own risk. For safety reasons, pregnant women, people with heart and respiratory conditions and injuries with back / neck injuries cannot participate.

Cancellation policies of Cozumel Sea Safari
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
