Regulations of Jet Ski & Snorkel Adventure
- Minimum age for the activity: 8 years old.
- Minimum age to drive: 18 years old (with a valid driver's license).
- Not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
- Guests must be relatively fit and able to swim unassisted.
- For safety reasons, snorkeling is not recommended for people with respiratory problems, back or neck injuries, heart problems, or conditions that may cause loss of consciousness.
- The use of sunscreen is prohibited for environmental and reef protection reasons.
Cancellation policies of Jet Ski & Snorkel Adventure
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
