Visit Tulum the only Mayan vestige in front of the sea in Quintana Roo. Tulum is an old exchange port with a 15 meter high cliff, which guarantees a phenomenal panoramic view of the blue Caribbean Sea. Immerse yourself in the history of Tulum during one hour of guided tour and 30 min. free time to take photos. Later we transfer the guests to a charming beach in the hotel zone of Tulum, to relax or swim in the turquoise blue water of the Mexican Caribbean for an hour and a half. They will have access to bathrooms, showers, lounge chairs, umbrellas; consumption in the beach club is at the customer's expense. This tour is considered half day and does not include food.

We suggest using a wide-wheeled wheelchair to navigate the archaeological site.
Wheelchair passengers must be able to move independently or be accompanied by someone who can take care of them.
This is not recommended for wheelchair passengers. People who are intoxicated are not allowed inside. Children traveling alone are not allowed.
For operational reasons, only 5 minutes of tolerance are granted in each pick up, this to give a better service.
Cancelation policies of Tulum & Playa Paraiso Private
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
